His experience includes managing oil projects at Saudi International Bank in the 1980s and introducing innovative firms to the UK, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East. Eric's unique background, having grown up in the UAE, provides him with a deep understanding and appreciation of Middle Eastern business practices.

Brent Richardson

Brent Richardson is a seasoned education industry expert with over 20 years of experience in sales, operations, and educational roles. He played a pivotal role in the transformation of Grand Canyon University since 2003, leading its revival. Brent held top positions at Grand Canyon Education from 2008 to 2017, showcasing his leadership abilities in the education sector. His entrepreneurial spirit is evident in his roles as CEO of both Grand Canyon Education and Masters Online LLC. Since 2017, Brent has been managing Lopes Capital, a family office located in Scottsdale, AZ, further demonstrating his business acumen and investment expertise. Brent's experience extends beyond the US, as he has successfully introduced innovative educational firms to international markets including the UK, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East, showcasing his global perspective and adaptability in diverse educational and business landscapes.

Chad Garrett

Chad Garrett brings over two decades of financial expertise to MENA Growth Partners. As an experienced CFO, he has played a crucial role in leading a $1 billion education company, demonstrating his prowess in managing large-scale financial operations. Reed Richardson

Reed Richardson has been actively involved in the family office space since 2019, beginning his career as an analyst where he focused on underwriting and presenting investment opportunities. His analytical precision laid the groundwork for his transition to Systems Administrator, where he designed and implemented internal systems to streamline processes and optimize operational efficiency. Reed’s progression to Portfolio Manager allowed him to work directly with portfolio companies, where he applied his expertise in investment strategy and operational improvements to drive sustainable growth. His hands-on approach in managing investments and improving business performance has been key in fostering successful partnerships.
